Dr Maria Suárez is a gynaecologist specialising in Reproductive Medicine and is part of the team at Institut Marquès (Barcelona). She supports patients and couples throughout the fertility process with a friendly, clear and personalised approach.
She has a special interest in embryo implantation, implantation failures and immunological studies applied to fertility. She has extensive experience in techniques such as IVF-ICSI, egg donation and fertility preservation, adapting each treatment to the needs of each patient.
Before joining Institut Marquès, she worked for 10 years at Dexeus and then for 3 years at Eugin, leading centres in assisted reproduction, where she consolidated her clinical experience in infertility and highly complex treatments. She has participated in research projects and scientific communications, and dedicates part of her work to explaining the medical aspects of each treatment in a simple way.
Her goal is to offer humane and professional support based on scientific evidence and trust.
