Dr. Patricia Zabala completed her studies at the Autonomous University of Barcelona, specifically at the Hospital de Sant Pau, carrying out her specialisation at the Hospital Sant Joan de Déu in Barcelona, a centre renowned for its medical excellence and humanitarian approach.
Since 2014, Dr. Zabala has been fully dedicated to the field of fertility and Assisted Reproduction, combining her medical knowledge with a holistic approach to infertility treatment. For seven years, she delved into the study of Acupuncture and traditional Chinese and Japanese medicine, focusing on fertility. Her research culminated in a thesis that reflects her commitment and innovative approach in this area.
To complement her training, she completed a master's degree in Assisted Reproduction at the Valencian Infertility Institute (IVI). She also holds a master's degree in laparoscopic surgery from the Vall d'Hebron Hospital.
Her multidisciplinary approach and her constant search for knowledge have enabled Dr. Zabala to help many people on their path to parenthood, offering comprehensive and personalised care. She is committed to medical excellence and innovation in fertility treatment, always seeking the best options for her patients.
She currently works as a specialist in Assisted Reproduction at Institut Marquès (Barcelona).
