In accordance with the provisions of the Information Society Services Act, we inform you that the owner of this Site is IM with registered address in Barcelona, Calle Pedro i Pons, 9-11, 2º 4ª and email address info@institutomarques.com, cholder of the VAT number B-62187323, incorporated on February 2, 2000, by deed executed  before the Notary Tomás Giménez Duart and entered in the Companies Register of Barcelona, in volume 32740, page 10, sheet no. B-215492. Entry 1.

We consider all the associated microsites that can be accessed from this website to be included in the latter, except those microsites that expressly include their own conditions of use, in which case the latter will apply.

El acceso a este sitio y a sus microsites asociados es responsabilidad exclusiva de los usuarios. Los riesgos derivados de la utilización del Sitio y sus microsites por el Usuario serán a su único y exclusivo cargo. 4. Data protection

The User of the services offered through the Site and associated microsites, is voluntarily providing personal data and expressly, fully and unreservedly consents to IM processing them automatically and entering them in the Medical Record file, for the following purposes: to attend to your healthcare requests, to give access to the private client area if applicable, to respond to your request for information, consultation and/or registration in any of our activities, to contact you and send you communications with information about our services or products. IM is responsible for the above-mentioned file, and it is registered in the General Data Protection Register.

The owners of the data have the right to access their personal data at any time, being entitled to exercise the rights of rectification, cancellation and opposition in the terms set out in Act 15/99 of 13 December on the Protection of Personal Data and its implementing Regulations.

In order to exercise the aforementioned rights (ARCO rights), the User must write a letter to the IM Processes, Quality and Data Protection Department with the reference: “Personal data”, and submit it at the reception of IM, Avenida Diagonal, 662-664, Barcelona (postcode 08034) or request the ARCO rights forms by sending an e-mail to calidad@institutomarques.com with the same reference.

IM guarantees that it has taken the appropriate security measures in its facilities, systems and files. IM also guarantees the confidentiality of Personal Data. Your data will not be transferred to third parties or used for any purpose other than that set out in this notice, unless the law provides otherwise.

The User is responsible for the veracity of the personal data provided to IM and the communication of any alteration thereto.
