When I discovered I would have to use an egg donor I was heartbroken. I just couldn’t believe this should happen to me. I didn’t think I would ever have a child that would be truly mine.
After visiting the Institute Marques for the first time this all started to change. The staff have been fantastic from the start. The institute is relaxed, calm and spotlessly clean (unlike some of the vastly expensive IVF clinics we had tried in the UK). The staff were supportive and highly knowledgeable from the start. They were willing to spend unlimited time with us and answer all our questions. We both came away after the first visit feeling very relaxed and positive. The donor match was quick and the transfer was relaxed. The clinic did everything in their power to make it successful – which it was and back in the UK emails were replied to within the hour if we needed any reassurance.
Throughout the pregnancy the Institute have been by our side with support. I can only say now our daughter has been born, that she is perfect and a fantastic match and 100% ours. You have to go through the process and believe this.
We are so grateful to the staff such as Eva and the doctors at the Institutute for their emails and phone calls to support the pregnancy. We are returning this summer for another donation. We recommend the Institute 100%. They have made our dreams come true.
