Thank you very much to ALL the team for the care received at all times and especially to you for the support you gave us from the first visit onwards. The process is not easy indeed, but having received a “human touch” from you makes it more bearable. Thank you, also, for the surprise on the day of the transfer; those little details make us remember the moment as something full of affection, without reminding us of the coldness of a room.
