I was lucky enough to have had my treatment at Institut Marquès in my city, Rome, and in a period as historic as the Covid pandemic! It is never easy to embark on a journey as demanding as that of egg donation, but I have never felt alone in facing it. I am now almost seven months pregnant and I can’t stop thanking everyone I have met along the way for their professionalism, humanity and empathy, from Dr Benigna to Dr Noto and the rest of the staff, who have never made me feel like a number.
